Ellen Weber (Ph.D.) is the founder and Director of the International MITA Center, a brain based renewal center, located in Rochester, NY. She has published several books and dozens of articles about using more brain for innovative workplace solutions, in journals, periodicals, and newspapers, as far away as Dubai. Dr. Weber is an internationally known leader of change, speaker, mentor and columnist, who currently certifies business and university leaders internationally. A dual Canadian and U.S. citizen, Weber's work has won several significant awards in the U.S., Canada and international settings, such as Chile, Mexico, Ireland, Singapore, China, Canada and the Caribbean. Dr. Weber, in collaboration with MITA Sr. VP, Dr. Robyn McMaster, certifies business leaders and university faculty to accomplish things never before accomplished by using parts of the brain never before used. Robyn McMaster (Ph.D.) is the Senior Vice President of the MITA International Brain based Center. Robyn explored practical applications of MITA through both research and extended practices in several countries. Her Ph.D. in May, 2004, at the University at Buffalo, earned Robyn the opportunity to further explore collaborative design development for leaders in business and university through MITA brain based strategies. Recently Weber and McMaster applied MITA strategies for Business Leadership and Business Ethics to MS leaders and faculty in Chongqing, a city of 30 million people in China. They also teamed with Medical Departments in Ireland to certify faculty and leaders MITA brain based approaches for higher motivation and achievement. Recently, Ellen and Robyn collaboratively engaged the wider university and business community at the University of West Indies on "Transformation with the Brain in Mind.".
