Robyn McMaster (Ph.D.) is the Senior Vice President of the MITA International Brain based Center. Robyn explored practical applications of MITA through both research and extended practices in several countries. Her Ph.D. in May, 2004, at the University at Buffalo, earned Robyn the opportunity to further explore collaborative curriculum development for leaders and university learners through MITA applications there.

Recently Weber and McMaster applied MITA strategies for Business Leadership and Business Ethics to MS leaders and faculty in Chongqing, a city of 30 million people in China. They also teamed with Medical Departments in Ireland to certify faculty and leaders MITA brain based approaches for higher motivation and achievement.

		Ellen Weber (Ph.D.) is the founder and Director of the International MITA Center, a brain based renewal center, located in Rochester, NY. She has published several books and dozens of articles about using more brain for smarter solutions, in journals, periodicals and newspapers. Dr. Weber is an internationally known curriculum leader, speaker, mentor, and columnist - who currently certifies business executives from the U.S and several countries. She has won several awards for MITA work. As a volunteer, Ellen serves on several boards and committees to help handicapped youth.		Dr. Ellen Weber
